Aaron is probably one of the kindest guys I've met in a while. Saini - you're close. Aaron was excited to learn that some of us (at least me), will learn a significant amount from his case.
He presented to Dr. Dray for a prosthetic evaluation and the treatment plan is immediate dentures. Aaron is a great learning case for all of us - and Dr. Dray is going to walk us through it. The plan is immediate dentures and a few points that jump out is how to manage the position of the anterior maxillary segment. Will the anterior segment require some preprosthetic surgery before final denture fabrication to aid in developing the correct contours and esthetics? Only time will tell.
